Mesozoic Dawn

2.1 Terms: Refers to this agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental terms or policies referenced herein.

2.2 Game Rules: The user guidelines, player policies, announcements, and notifications published by NEXTINDIE Studio from time to time.

2.3 Mesozoic Dawn Game: The game "Mesozoic Dawn" operated by NEXTINDIE Studio, including mobile, desktop, and other versions, along with associated software and documentation.

2.4 Game Services: The online services related to the Game provided by us.

2.5 You/User: The individual authorized to use the Game and its services.

2.6 Game Data: Data recorded by our servers during your use of the Game, including but not limited to character data, virtual items, behavior logs, and purchase history.

2.7 Virtual Items: Digital content within the Game that provides specific functionality or represents specific outcomes, including but not limited to in-game currency, equipment, skins, and other virtual goods.

3.1 Account Registration

To access and use the Game Services, you must register a game account through one of the following methods:

• Direct Registration: Creating an account with an email address and password
• Third-Party Authentication: Using credentials from platforms such as Google, Apple, Steam, or other authorized services

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach
• Ensure you properly log out at the end of each session
• Not use another user's account or allow others to use your account

3.3 Account Usage Restrictions

Game accounts are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise provide your account to others for commercial purposes.

3.4 Account Termination and Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion through the Game's provided mechanisms. Upon deletion, virtual items and game progress associated with the account will be permanently removed.

4.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4.2 Information we may collect includes:

• Account information (username, email address, etc.)
• Game data (progress, achievements, items, etc.)
• Device information (model, operating system, etc.)
• Usage data (game sessions, interactions, etc.)

4.3 In compliance with international data protection laws (including GDPR for European users):

• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data
• You may withdraw consent for data processing where applicable
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• We only retain personal data for as long as necessary

4.4 By using the Game, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

5.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.2 You may not record, stream, or distribute Game content without our prior written consent, except as permitted under applicable law.

5.3 Violation of these Terms may result in actions described in Section 6.5, which may include temporary or permanent account suspension.

5.4 We strive to provide stable and reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by network issues, device compatibility, or force majeure events.

6.1 You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account and any content you post or share within the Game.

6.2 You may not engage in any activity that infringes upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of other users or third parties.

6.3 You agree not to use the Game for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Distribution of malicious software or code
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Distribution of illegal or harmful content
• Impersonation of other individuals or entities

6.4 Unless permitted by law or with our written consent, you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game software
• Create derivative works based on the Game
• Use unauthorized third-party software, mods, or cheats
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Game
• Interfere with or disrupt Game servers or networks

6.5 Violations of these Terms may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Warnings or temporary suspensions
• Restriction of Game features or privileges
• Removal of inappropriate content
• Permanent account termination
• Legal action where appropriate

7.1 Mesozoic Dawn and all its content, including code, graphics, audio, text, and game mechanics, are the intellectual property of NEXTINDIE Studio or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its components
• Attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works
• Use Game content for commercial purposes without authorization

7.2 The Game may allow creation and sharing of user-generated content (UGC):

• You retain intellectual property rights to your original UGC
• By submitting UGC, you grant us a worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute it
• You may not upload content that infringes others' rights or is illegal
• We reserve the right to remove any UGC that violates these Terms

7.3 Game Data generated through your use of the Game is owned by us, and we reserve the right to manage and utilize this data.

8.1 Virtual Currency and Items

The Game offers in-app purchases of virtual currency and items:

• All purchases are final unless required by local consumer protection laws
• Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• We reserve the right to modify prices and availability of virtual items
• Refund policies may vary by platform and jurisdiction

8.2 Skin and Item Trading

The Game may allow trading of skins and other virtual items between players:

• Trading must occur through official Game systems
• Real-money trading of virtual items is strictly prohibited
• We are not responsible for disputes arising from player-to-player trades
• Completed trades are generally irreversible

9.1 Mesozoic Dawn may offer optional rewarded advertisements that provide in-game benefits. Viewing these ads is entirely voluntary.

9.2 Ads displayed in the Game are provided by third-party networks. We:

• Strive to ensure ad content is appropriate for our audience
• Are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or products promoted in third-party ads
• Reserve the right to reject or remove inappropriate advertisements

10.1 Mesozoic Dawn may allow players to host custom servers subject to the following conditions:

• Public servers require an official token obtained through our application process
• Token applications must include accurate contact information
• We reserve the right to approve or deny token applications at our discretion

10.2 Server operators are responsible for:

• Maintaining a secure environment free from cheating and hacking
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Fostering a positive community and addressing player disputes
• Not modifying core Game mechanics to create unfair advantages

11.1 NEXTINDIE Studio strives to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the Game will meet all user expectations
• That all features will always be available

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXTINDIE Studio shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions due to network issues
• Device compatibility problems
• Disputes between players
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events
• Issues with player-hosted servers
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11.3 Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six months.

12.1 We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Game or its services
• Update Game content and features
• Suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms
• Revoke tokens for player-hosted servers

12.2 Upon service termination:

• Your license to use the Game immediately ceases
• You should uninstall the Game from your devices
• Virtual items and Game progress may not be recoverable

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC Rules").

13.3 The arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the HKIAC Rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

13.4 Notwithstanding the above, you may bring claims for injunctive relief in any competent court.

14.1 We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NEXTINDIE Studio regarding the Game.
